North Fork Chai Co. Jams

I love the Peach Cardamom with big chunks of peaches and the unique spice. I also love the strawberry rhubarb jam, which reminds me of my husband’s grandma’s recipe. Both so tasty on my toast or English muffin that I bought a couple of jars to last me past summer.
