PREORDER Custom Keepsake Sweatshirts

Due to its customized nature, this listing is final sale and non-refundable.

These are now shipping individually straight from our maker to the recipient to cut down on processing times, please do not order any other items with your preorder sweatshirts or your order may be delayed. Orders placed on or before 11/20 with your keepsake items in transit by 11/20 are expected to be in for Christmas.  

You will send us your keepsake items(onesie(s), baby tee(s), etc.) to our small shop partner and receive a custom sweatshirt in return with your baby's items cut and embroidered onto the front!

• We highly recommend usps click and ship (click for click and ship) with a free scheduled pick up (click to schedule a pick up) for easy at home label printing and no trips to the post office! You can also do this in person at the post office if you wish.

• You must include a copy of your Terra Cottage order confirmation into the box of keepsake items so that our vendor can identify which keepsake items are for which order.  If you do not have a printer, please write all information from the order confirmation (order number, contact info, color, size, customizations requested, shipping address) on a piece of paper to include with your items. 

• Please note that the items you ship to the vendor to be made into the lettering will be cut to make this custom sweatshirt, and you will not receive the scraps back.

 This sweatshirt is available in 16 color options in sizes Small-3x

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitors or brightness settings.

They are embroidered on soft Gildan unisex fit sweatshirts. 

• Please refer to the product photos for a size chart if you're unsure which size to order.

Front of sweatshirt reads a word(s) of your choice in a block font made from the keepsake items you sent in. 

• While mama is the most popular, we can create any customization for this word(s) (like gigi, grandma, boy mom, dog mom, etc).  Please enter what word(s) you'd like in the name box. There is no extra charge for this customization. Please note longer names will require more fabric.
  
• You can send one item if you just want one pattern/ color for the lettering. If you want to incorporate multiple kids or if you want two pattern/colors like the pictures shown, you can send two items. We recommend sending items with similar weight for the best visual outcome.
• The embroidery thread color is selected by the maker. She has made tens of thousands of custom sweatshirts, so we trust her to make the best choice based on the sweatshirt color you select and the items you send in.
