Once you've accumulated enough Cottage Coins you can redeem them for a discount coupon or you can wait and accumulate more Cottage Coins for a higher discount coupon!  Once you've redeemed your Cottage Coins for a discount coupon, a discount code will be shown with a copy emailed to you.  You can now use this discount code at checkout.  All unused discount codes will remain stored in your account until you use them so you don't need to worry about remembering them.   Please note that redeeming Cottage Coins for a discount coupon is non-reversible.

There's no limit!  Each time you refer a friend, and they make a purchase using your referral link you get a $10 off discount!  We appreciate you helping Terra Cottage grow!

There're no limitations on how many Cottage Coins you can accrue and discounts coupons can be used on ALL items!  However, please note that shipping, taxes, and purchases made with a gift card or account credit are not eligible to earn Cottage Coins.  Please note that there is also a minimum order value associated with the discount coupons, a $5 off coupon can only be used on a $50+ order, a $10 off coupon on a $75+ order, a $25 off coupon on a $100+ order, and a $50 off coupon on a $125+ order.

Yes!  If you'd like to redeem your Cottage Coins and use them for an in-store purchase then DO NOT redeem them for a discount coupon online.  Instead, come into one of our stores, and we'll happily help you redeem them for a physical discount coupon at checkout!

No, you can only have one account and one login that accumulates Cottage Coins.  Terra Cottage reserves the right to review accounts for suspicious activity and any Cottage Coins that were accrued by violating multiple accounts will be forfeited.

Your Cottage Coins and discount coupons will expire after 365 consecutive days of inactivity on your account, so as long as you're active they don't expire!  We'll send multiple warning emails to you if your rewards are close to expiring.
