Moo, Baa, Fa La La La La! by Sandra Boynton is a festive board book spinoff of her bestselling Moo, Baa, La La La!, featuring the same silly farm animal cast now decked out for the holidays. Bright, bold illustrations of a wide eyed cow, a fluffy sheep, a giggling pig, and a chorus of singing animals fill each sturdy page in Boynton’s signature cartoonish style.
The simple, sing songy rhyme runs through the whole book, with the animals caroling their way through a playful mix of moos, baas, and a cheerful fa la la la la refrain that little ones can join in on. As a board book, it’s built to survive small hands, repeated page turns, and plenty of chewing from the littlest readers.
It’s an easy addition to a holiday book basket or a fun one to read aloud during December bedtime routines. It also makes a great stocking stuffer or baby’s first Christmas gift, especially for fans of Boynton’s other classic board books.
