We want you to love your tray. Because our styled trays are priced as a complete bundled set, we’re unable to process returns for individual pieces. If your complete tray doesn’t work in your space, you can return the entire tray within 7 days of delivery in its original unused condition for a full refund. And honestly? 97% of our customers keep their entire tray because the pieces work so beautifully together.

We pack every tray with extra care using protective materials, and damage during shipping is extremely rare. However, if anything does arrive damaged, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll take care of you! Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
