A sparkling pine pick with red berries and pinecones rises from behind his hat.

Styling tip: Set the book down with the spine facing out. Place the extra large house at the back left of the book and the small house just in front of it and to the right. Stand the gnome vase on the right side of the book and slide the pine pick in so the greenery fans out behind his hat. Switch the houses on in the evening, when their light reflects off the gnome's glaze and the whole scene glows.
