Styling tip: Set the gingerbread houses toward the back of the tray with the tall one on the left and the short one just to its right. Place the two candy cane lane houses in front, staggered so both window shapes are visible. Position the whimsical tree just behind and between the two house groupings so its curved top arches over the whole scene. Drape the red bell garland along the front edge of the tray and let a little extra length pool at each end. That extra bit of garland is what gives the whole arrangement its movement.
